Enterprise Plan Terms.

These service terms ('Enterprise Plan Terms') set out the legal terms that apply to your use of the Services under the 'Enterprise plan' ('Enterprise Plan').
Capitalised terms used but not defined shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Master Terms of Service. The following additional definitions apply in these Enterprise Plan Terms:

'Seats' means individual users under the same Organisation Profile.
'Term' means the term from the start to end dates of your Enterprise Plan.

1. Enterprise Plan
1.1. Enterprise Plan.
1.1.1. The Enterprise Plan is aimed at users who do not themselves intend to publish an App on the App Store.
1.1.2. The Enterprise Plan allows you to access the Services available to users of the Enterprise Plan (as described on our website from time to time) on a subscription basis.
1.2. App Key. In order to use the Services, you may receive a unique 'app key' ('App Key') which enables us to track the number of Seats. You may use our Services in connection with more than one App, but doing so requires a separate App Key for each App.
1.3. Non-circumvention. You must not adjust or attempt to circumvent any technical measures put in place by us which allows us to track the number of Seats.
2. Charges, termination and auto-renewal
2.1. Our fees. We charge the fees set out on our website (or as otherwise agreed with us in writing) from time to time.
2.2. Terminating of your Enterprise Plan. Your Enterprise Plan will automatically renew on the last day of the Term of your expiring Enterprise Plan for a period equalling the Term of the then-current applicable Enterprise Plan, unless:

2.2.1. either party notifies the other in writing at least 30 days before the last day of the Term of the expiring Enterprise Plan, in which case the Enterprise Plan shall terminate upon the last day of the Term; or
2.2.2. your access to the Services is otherwise terminated in accordance with the Master Terms of Service; or
2.2.3. we have agreed otherwise with you.

2.3. Auto-renewal. If your Enterprise Plan renews automatically, you authorise us to collect the then-applicable fees for the next renewal term to your previous payment method.
